4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email address.
You can track your package through our website or directly via the carrier’s tracking portal. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to appear in the system.

Velrioxa is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees applied to your order.
All such charges imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Damaged or Lost Items
Your satisfaction is our top priority.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery and include photos of the damaged item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund for any items damaged during transit.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Velrioxa is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier tracking status shows "Delivered."
If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the package, please check with neighbors or contact the shipping carrier immediately.
